ProloConnect is designed to simplify the management of associations and financial operations, providing all the necessary tools to keep your team organized, efficient, and informed. Whether you're managing documents, tasks, events, inventory, or cash sales, ProloConnect helps you keep everything under control with ease.

• Multi-user registration

  ProloConnect supports different types of users: Association (administrator), member (basic user) potentially members of multiple associations (role of Board or Ordinary member), and cashiers (host users, only for cashier activities during an event). Users can register and request membership to an association (to an administrator account), while cashiers log in with a secret code provided by the association.

  • Association Registration. - To register an association, simply go to the registration page, choose "register association," and enter the required data. Once registered, you are already inside ProloConnect and ready to accept connection requests from users who will become members if accepted by the association.

  • User Registration. - To register as a user, simply go to the registration page, choose "register user," and enter the required data. Once registered, you are already inside ProloConnect and ready to search for the associations you want to join and send a connection request.

  • Secure access for cashiers. - Cashiers can log in quickly and securely using a secret code provided by the association. This ensures control over transactions and facilitates cash management without compromising data security.

• Personal profile

  Each administrator and basic user can create and manage their personal profile within the app. This allows for easy storage and access to information, staying in touch with the team, and managing their tasks.

• Event creation

  Create events, set dates, and much more. Whether it's a meeting for the board, for all members, or a community event, ProloConnect simplifies the organization and management of events. Events can only be created and deleted by the Association account, but their various functionalities can then be modified by all Board members.

  • Private Events. - Reserved for the Board members of an Association, these are primarily used for organizing meetings.

  • Corporate Events. - These events are visible to all members of the Association. This type of event can be used for meetings involving the entire board as well as for event organization, as some functionalities are reserved only for this type.

  • Public Events. - These events differ from the other two, as they are designed solely to create the best possible promotional page and to allow consumers to interact with the association, either through the comments section or by creating an order (via the Menu).

  • Archived Events. - These are events that the association has decided to archive instead of deleting. They can belong to one of the three categories of Active events. No data from these events can be modified, but they can always be reactivated at any time by the association account, while they can be viewed by the Board and the association.

• Features of Private and Corporate Events

  Manage the details for all your association's activities, online meetings, automatic minutes, Menu and event cash, staff stations. Keep track of everything related to an event with our intuitive interface. All board members can interact with these features, which can be added or removed depending on the needs of the event being modified.

  • Task Assignment and Monitoring. - Assign specific tasks to the team members of the Board of the association (even for corporate events, this feature is reserved for Board members only). Each task can be easily monitored and updated. Ensure everything is on schedule by assigning responsibilities and deadlines: no more missed tasks! Notifications will be sent daily to each member assigned to a task one week before the deadline.

  • Event Minutes. - Create minutes for the event based on a template: Just provide some initial information, and ProloConnect will build the minutes tailored to your needs! Hours saved!

  • Online Meeting. - Not all members can attend the meeting? No problem, just open the meeting event in the app and click "join the meeting," and all members can connect instantly!

  • Messages. - This feature allows you to exchange messages like any chat but dedicated to the specific event. All members with permissions to access the event receive a notification when a message is sent.

• Features reserved for Corporate Events

  Some highly powerful features have been developed specifically for this type of event.

  • Menu, Cash, and Sales. - ProloConnect introduces a cash system to facilitate sales management. All board members can create a personalized menu with items for sale, their price, currency, and maximum sellable quantity; they can also view real-time transactions and invite cashiers and ordinary members who need a secret code to open the sales registration page. Cashiers can only record sales and monitor sold quantities. This helps keep track of income and simplifies calculations for the cashier. The menu can also be linked to a public event to publish it and allow consumers to create orders directly.

  • Member Stations. - This feature allows you to publish the stations that specified members will need to cover during the event. Editing is reserved for board members.

• Partners and membership request management

  In the Partners tab, you will be able to view the members of the association (if you have selected one), and you will also be able to manage the connection requests made or received by the association depending on the role you logged in with.

• Document storage (up to 200 MB)

  Easily store documents, files, and important reports. ProloConnect provides a secure space to upload and manage files, with a maximum of 200 MB of storage space. Say goodbye to messy emails and lost files: everything you need is at your fingertips.

• Inventory item tracking

  Never lose track of your association's equipment again! ProloConnect allows you to store the location of items within your warehouse, so you always know where to find what you need. Save time and eliminate confusion when searching for supplies or equipment.
